Tropika: A Gathering of Minds, Music and Morals

Singapore’s first festival that creatively weaves culture with mindfulness is back for a second year! Tropika 2019 will see live performances and panel discussions from several leaders of the current conscious counter-culture.

The love of music is the inspiration and drive behind Tropika, with a strong belief that music is a universal language that transverses all barriers. From Afro-Cuban jazz to Senegalese hip-hop, Carnatic funk to Chinese surf, Brazilian tecnobrega to Kwaito house, we trust that global music can serve as a model for the renewal of human consciousness, culture and politics.
